Insurance and Therapy Grants

Insurance

Therapy Talk is in network with the following insurances:

Commercial insurance:  BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, MedCost

NC Medicaid- Carolinas Complete Health, Healthy Blue, Wellcare, UHC- Community Health, Amerihealth Caritas, Partners Health Management in Cabarrus County

We are NOT in the BCBS High Performance Network/HPN or Blue Local Plan.

As a courtesy to our families, Therapy Talk will bill in network insurance company directly per request.  We will get physician's orders for services prior to evaluation/ treatment as all insurances require them.  Families are responsible for understanding, monitoring and tracking their insurance benefits.  Families are also responsible for keeping Therapy Talk billing staff up to date on any changes to their plan or policy. Clients are responsible for co-payments, deductibles or any other charges not covered by their insurance at time of service.   Therapy evaluations range in cost from $200 -$350.  Treatment visits range from $66 -$300 per session. Final costs are determined by insurance plans and contracted rates. Families should reach out to their insurance company to determine the covered amount that they will be responsible for based upon their own coverage. If you need specifics on therapy costs, please email:  Office@TherapyTalk.org.

                                                         PLEASE NOTE:

We are NOT in network with any commercial United Healthcare insurance. We will not be able to bill insurance for UHC.  We will not accept ANY IN or OUT of Network UHC lines of insurance due to the difficulty and excessive amount of time it takes in dealing with commercial UHC plans and their coverage policies and procedures.
